- Students/Athletes using Trainity via a school, academy, or parent/guardian
- Parents/Guardians
- Coaches/PE Teachers
- School/Admin users

A. Information you provide directly
We may collect:
- Account details: name, email, phone number (if provided), password (stored in encrypted/hashed form)
- Role and institution details: student/teacher/admin role, school/academy name, class/grade or cohort (if applicable)
- Training and assessment data: lesson/session completion, scores, test results, coach feedback, performance/progression records within the app
- Communications: messages you send to us, support requests, feedback, and responses to surveys (if any)
- Uploads (if enabled): documents or media you upload as part of training or administration
We do not collect payment/card details because Trainity does not take payments directly on Trainity.fit.
B. Information collected automatically
When you use our Services, we may collect:
- Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, browser type, language, and usage activity (pages/screens viewed, clicks, time spent)
- Log data: IP address, date/time of access, error/crash logs, and diagnostic data
- Approximate location: We may infer approximate location from IP address for security and troubleshooting (we do not collect GPS location).
C. Information from institutions (schools/academies)
If your school/academy provides access, we may receive:
- Enrollment/roster information needed to create and manage accounts (e.g., student name, grade/class, institution ID)
- Teacher assignments and class/cohort mappings
3) How We Use Your Information
We use personal data to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services (accounts, logins, lesson delivery, assessments)
- Track progress and generate reports for students, teachers/coaches, and institution administrators
- Provide support, respond to queries, and communicate service-related updates
- Improve the Services (bug fixes, performance, reliability, user experience)
- Protect against fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access, and keep the platform secure
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information.
4) Children’s Privacy (Users Under 18)
Trainity may be used by school-age students. We expect access for minors to be provided:
- Through a school/academy that has the appropriate permissions and authorisations, and/or
- With parent/guardian consent, where required.
We collect only the data reasonably necessary to deliver training, assessments, and reporting.

5) How We Share Information
We share information only when necessary:
A. With schools/teachers/coaches (where applicable)
- Student participation, progress, and assessment reports
- Limited account/profile details needed for roster management and reporting
B. With service providers (data processors)
We may use trusted vendors for:
- Cloud hosting and storage
- Analytics and performance monitoring
- Email delivery (service messages and support)
These vendors are required to protect data and process it only on our instructions.
